Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Services purchased through https://a2zhosting.shop/, operated by ANAND ENTERPRISES. We encourage customers to review this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shared & Reseller Hosting Plans

New customers purchasing a Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting plan for the first time are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is raised within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the account has not violated our Acceptable Use policy. After 7 days, hosting fees are non-refundable, including for the remaining, unused period of the billing cycle.

2. Master Reseller Hosting Plans

Due to the nature of Master Reseller accounts (bulk resource allocation), these plans are refundable only within 3 days of purchase, subject to no sub-accounts having been created or resold.

3. Domain Name Registrations

Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed, as these fees are paid to the central domain registry and cannot be recovered. Please double-check the domain name and registration period before completing payment.

4. Renewal Payments

Refunds are not provided for hosting renewal payments once the renewal has been processed and the service period has started, except where required by applicable law.

5. Add-ons, SSL Certificates & Licenses

Fees paid for add-on services such as SSL certificates, software licenses, or premium support are non-refundable once issued/activated, as these are procured from third-party providers.

6. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at info@a2zhosting.shop or call +91-7004208529 with your order ID/domain or account details. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

• Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Change of mind after the applicable refund window has passed.
• Any service that has been fully or partially utilised beyond the eligible refund period.
